I admire your tenacity at holding the line SeaRay. I sometimes question my own level of possible 'addiction'... concluding that it is under control. These days - despite the urges - I often choose not to punt.

However, do we get a review of Summer? She and her colleagues have had a bit of bad press here. I had been thinking of seeking out a 'Millie' (Cracker ad) - one of Summer's supposed 'colleagues'. But by all accounts she doesn't actually exist except as a hook for Summer and the other matures

FWIW though, I for one have been missing the "Adventures of the SeaRay"... but I acknowledge you're 'taking it easy'. Keep it up - you've already earned legendary status

Just goes to show that if you want something enough it can change your old habits. And I'm still rationing the punting because now I've got to buy that jacket, pants, panniers, new exhaust etc etc. Yep, the list seems endless but I'm still pretty pleased with myself.
BTW dressing up like Mad Max seems to have made me alot more popular with ladies.... move over Mel.

HC..Is that the one with the flat twin engine where you can put your feet on the barrels aka Easy Rider? Mel probably had to sell a few of his bikes what with his $500 million plus divorce settlement.

On the subject of addiction, its amazing what you can do when there's no money in the jar. For a long time I thought I couldnt go without at least a few punts a week, but lately, with money being non existant, I've actually been able to forget about punting that is, i've still had a few rnt since christmas, but I'm not planning on a dailky basis. The urge seems to be under control. So, remove one of the 'drivers' for punting and I think maybe its possible to change your routine.

Shit guys - I have been trying to cut back for ages but my car almost drives itself.
I rationalise things by telling myself I am going to cheaper places - $85 a half hour with bbj and usually a fuck - still I front up like a long lost regular.
Last week I tried driving past Michelle's - in I went and came out empty, happy but had the shits with myself big time for going in.
My new incentive is if I can hold off, keep the money I will send myself to Thailand for a week of cheap punts and lovers and come out in front.
It's worse than a gambling addiction I swear!!!!!

Talking about passion wagons I used to own an old VW transporter from 60's.
This car for those of you who are too young to remember as not too many of those are still on the road.

I had it for three years when 19 to 22 and was still living with the folks.
The back of the car was pretty much empty except for the car wide locked box that held the refreshments and a folded up foam mattress.

I would give up punting right on this minute if I could go back to those nights that we were parked by a park with my then girlfriend - and the mattress was not folded

I have since remodeled this car endearingly as "Volkswagen Deluxe Sexual".
