We require the services of discreet, competent investigators to conduct non-compliance investigations (breach of/ absence of development consent orders) on behalf of local government councils related to unlawful brothels.

The successful applicants must have:

Full P.I. License
Awareness of OH&S
Unmarried/non-current relationship status (preferred)
Willingness to partake of offered (protected) sexual services
Willingness to provide sworn evidence
Good command of written and spoken English
Report writing skills

Training will be provided to the right persons.

Yes - the council pays for the PIs to have sex - that's why they hire PIs - otherwise they would be paying for their own employees to have sex and that wouldn't go down well with the ratepayers.

Seems like a very arbitrary distinction though because the end result is the same: ratepayers foot the bill for someone to have sex.

I am imagining any one of the punters on this forum swearing an oath then standing in front of a judge and giving (him or her) a detailed review of their experiences at each establishment.

In the recent documentary "Trafficked - the Reckoning" on SBS, Lyonswood investigation and a bloke by the name of Warren Mallard came up. Apparently they were also doing work on behalf of the ex AFP copper Chris Payne - the guy behind the "Trafficked" documentary. Mr Mallard spoke of the techniques his people used to determine what went on behind closed doors. This in particular reference to 1 Blackburn Street.

Not entirely sure if this is related to Chris Seage - but given the "Brothel Buster" tagline, it may well be.

PIs have certainly been used by Councils in the past. Kuring-gai is one - Your rates at work ...

Majority of illegal brothels are Asian and all of them are protected by Chinese mafia then even if for 1 percent they get to know that you were behind shutting down their business then you are probably going to get a special service from them. either you are up late posting at 1am on the piss or you have just been watching to much underbelly. thats bullshit. most illegal brothels are run by innocent women tryng to feed their children [no need for that. s.o.o.]. prices are low because there are many women competing for the punters buck. chris would like everyone to think like you so he can justify the persecution he is perpetrating on the poor and helpless for the evil of the real mafia, the legal brothels.
